The funniest thing about this list is that I don't eat meat, but my little sister Savana is one of my favorite people and she’s the mom of my two nephews and is a nurse. She is super busy asked me to help her with some meal ideas. One of the things that I learned over the years is how to make cooking easier and how to use leftovers. Here is the list I made for my sister; so, the food preferences are geared towards things she eats. They are also all relatively inexpensive and quick ideas with similar ingredients. Nothing is fancy or meant as diet food, but it will feed a family and is better then fast food, just add a few healthy sides. We keep a lot of frozen veggies. I will start to add some simple recipes I use but feel free to message me if you want one. I hope it helps someone! If you have anything to add let me know. I am always down for new exciting ways to use leftovers!
